| The gamay vines used for the Mâcon Mancey label have been planted on the Mancey hillside, which enjoys eastern exposure. Their ages range between 35 and 70 years. A ruby red colour, with a bluish-purple tinge. The bouquet infuses spicy tones typical of the appellation and the tanginess exuded serves to add more body. The taste is fruity with hints of gooseberry, blackcurrant and strawberry. |

| The Cave des Vignerons de Mancey is located a few kilometers from Tournus and the saone river. The Maconnais is open, with a soft, curved landscape on which the vines grow. Created in 1929, the Cave vinifies grapes from an ensemble of Burgundian grape varieties. |
