Delivery Details
All our deliveries are made using an overnight service for next working day delivery on orders placed before 3.00pm Mon-Fri.
Deliveries are made between
8.00am and 5.00pm
Monday to Friday
FREE Delivery*
FREE DELIVERY is available on orders of 6 or more mixed bottles with a combined total of £60 or more to addresses within the mainland UK (Excludes Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight). For areas outside of the FREE delivery coverage a flat fee of between £5 and £10 will be added.
Next Working Day Delivery*
Where possible all orders placed before 3.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability. All orders are despatched using a next working day carrier service, however we can not guarantee next working day delivery as there may be circumstances beyond our control. For more information regarding our delivery service please contact our sales office on 0114 2560090.
If you are not in to sign for your delivery on the first delivery attempt then it will be re-attempted the following working day. After two unsuccessful attempts a card will be posted for you to arrange to collect your parcel from the carriers nearest depot or for a re-delivery that is convenient to you.
Orders placed over the weekend
Orders placed between 3.00pm Friday and 3.00pm Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
*Next working day delivery is only available on orders received before 3.00pm on day of ordering. Deliveries are made by overnight carrier from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm. If you would like a Saturday delivery please call our sales office for a quote.
Deliveries without signature
If you request that your order is left without being signed for in the delivery instructions section then this can be done however it is at your own risk as we cannot guarantee the saftey of the order once it has been delivered. Scottish Highlands and offshore
For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands you can choose a delivery option in the delivery section of the ordering process. A small additional charge will be incurred for these deliveries and will be a 2-3 day service.
Islands
For deliveries to the Isle of Man and Isle of White you can choose a delivery option in the delivery section of the ordering process. An additional charge will be incurred for these deliveries and will be a 2-3 day service.
Northern Ireland
For deliveries to Northern Ireland you can choose this delivery option in the delivery section of the ordering process. An additional charge will be incurred for these deliveries and will be a 2-3 day service.
